One of the most dramatic design statements seen in Utah County along the I-15 corridor, the ninety-eight foot high UCCU Financial Center features a 7-story, 72,000-sf financial corporate headquarters supported by a 49,000-sf parking structure. It houses UCCU on the first two floors and the remaining floors are Class A office space. The unique, multi-floor cantilever design for exterior decks required an innovative structural engineering support solution.
