Metro Condominiums at City Center features residential housing over retail and parking areas. The five-level, residential space is wood-frame and is supported by a 14” post-tensioned concrete slab at the second level. The first and second levels include “live-and-work spaces” with condos over retail, as well as two levels of parking. Two additional levels of parking are located below grade.
