Calder Richards provided structural design services for a new, mixed-use, multi-family, retail development encompassing 400,239 sf. Construction is primarily wood-framed with conventional concrete foundations. Steel post and beam is used at the retail spaces. The center of the complex features a 380-stall, concrete, post-tensioned parking structure.
